Opportunity

The Associate Marketing Manager will support the Director of Marketing in owning OpenX’s efforts to process, nurture and assign high-quality leads to Sales teams; continuously monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs; improving efficiency in client engagement and sales performance results. The candidate will have experience in building and managing B2B lead generation programs. The ideal person will also be familiar with the digital media business, in particular how online publishers and demand partners monetize through advertising. The Associate Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with Sales teams to help achieve revenue objectives.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brands and drive sales
  • Forecast, develop and manage budgets for campaigns and promotions
  • Coordinate campaign implementation with marketing and internal business units and vendors
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and coordinate appropriate lead and contact follow up with Business Development reps
  • Research market trends and adapt strategies to leverage that information
  • Manage high-volume global inbound new leads inquiries for all business segments and regions, including addressable market inquiries; scoring and nurturing leads process via Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Act as data steward managing leads data quality and governance in SFDC
  • Execute day-to-day SEM projects – help maintain targeted budget and revenue goals and update daily SEM dashboard
  • Responsible for providing information, insights and analyses on OpenX.com, mass communications and social media metrics, analytics and reporting
  • Analyze web site analytics and raw data to formulate and present actionable recommendations to help drive best in class experience and performance
  • Manage SFDC campaigns as required
  • Manage ad hoc marketing projects as assigned 
  • Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS (preferably in marketing)
  • At least 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience in writing clear, well-organized customer communications with a sound working knowledge of best practices
  • Skilled in Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.
  • Fluency in the language of online measurement: attribution, uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, etc.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Experience in data-mining and reporting is a plus
