Prodege is looking for an affiliate marketing specialist to join our Growth Marketing team who is passionate about our mission to Create Rewarding Moments for millions of Swagbucks.com, MyPoints.com, InboxDollars.com, Upromise.com and ShopAtHome.com members. The core function of the Associate Manager, Growth Marketing position will be to prospect, optimize and grow existing and new blogger, influencer and affiliate partnerships across all our consumer brands.  This position will be aggressively focused on launching and improving new relationships, always iterating off successes and hungry to improve the conversion funnel. Take advantage of this massive opportunity to push the boundaries of our eight-figure performance marketing budget. In this role, the scale of your campaigns is constrained only by performance metrics – test robustly and grow aggressively as you find wins.

As our Associate Manager, Growth Marketing, you will: 

  • Calculate, interpret, and action responses to cost per, conversion rates, and ROAS metrics of individual campaigns and placements
  • Work with multiple departments and external partners to create and execute new advertorial, social media, video, mobile, Coreg and display advertising campaigns
  • Prospect and launch new opportunities for advertising partnerships with bloggers, influencers, and affiliates
  • Set-up tracking and onboarding for new marketing partners
  • Aggressively test new customer acquisition channels and identify opportunities for improvement while meeting targets
  • Review and evaluate site analytics to gain strategic insights to drive marketing strategy
  • Help manage overall traffic quality, including the design and maintenance of marketing performance reports and dashboards
  • Analyze, optimize and drive growth across marketing channels and accounts
  • Manage cost collection and payments for marketing campaigns
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and practices by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications 

 Skills and experience required: 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Finance, Social Sciences or Communications
  • 1-3 Years work experience in an analytical, financial or media buying role preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and assess implications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional presence and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles, new technologies and social media advertising
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and capacity to learn and work with databases and technical systems, as well as interface with data systems and engineering teams
  • Adaptable and resourceful self-starter who can dive into a project without constant direction or oversight
  • Comfortable juggling a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability work independently to achieve goals and targets
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with direct response marketing techniques preferred
  • Experience working with bloggers and influencers a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Heap, SQL, Tableau, and/or pixel tracking a plus
