About the team:
We are looking for an Associate, Growth to join Honey’s Marketing team reporting to the Director, Growth. You’ll be on the cutting-edge of paid media, helping grow Honey’s user base. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, has an existing analytical framework, and is hungry to learn and grow.
About The Role:
In this role, you will work with the Traditional & Endorsement Growth Team in the developing, managing, analyzing, and reporting the influencer program. This candidate should work closely with the influencer channel team to deliver against both brand and performance marketing goals. What You’ll Do:
As an Associate, Growth at Honey you will:
Maintain day-to-day operations of the influencer channel by becoming the main point of contact in all communication, dissemination, and tracking of the influencer channel
Assist with sourcing and due diligence of new influencer partnerships with the objective of growing new user acquisition as efficiently as possible
Leverage a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns that lead to increasing LTVs and decreasing CAC for the influencer channel
Drive cross-functional collaboration (creative, legal, product, member experience, paid/owned social, etc.) to identify new ways to improve internal efficiencies while accelerating growth
Drive product enhancement such as landing page optimizations and streamline user-experience flows that ultimately lead to higher conversion rates
Champion and challenge changes to operational efficiencies and work cross-functionally with teams to streamline or build various internal workflows
About You:
1-3+ years of experience scaling and managing influencer programs, affiliate programs, or other digital marketing channels
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, legal, product and member experience teams with excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
Experience and understanding of constructing influencer agreements and ability to proper advocate and negotiate on behalf of Honey
Ability to see the vision of larger scale partnerships and comfortable pitching the strategic growth opportunity both internally and externally to new influencers and other strategic partners
Strong interest in pop-culture with familiarity on all up-and-coming social media platforms
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Familiar with SQL, Periscope, Tableau and other Business Insight tools is a plus
