We are looking for an Ad Policy Specialist to join our team who will specialize in developing brand safety guidelines and conducting quality control ad content from our platform. As an Ad Policy Specialist you will be responsible for the day to day management of reviewing potentially sensitive internet content, ensuring a quality experience is provided to millions of platform users, and educating internal teams about how to best support continued brand safety on the ad platform. Responsibilities • Coordinate with advertising brand safety team, and conduct the quality control of advertising content • Set up global advertising brand safety rules, continuously update and improve them • Develop the advertising brand safety business process and adapt it to the global business. • Promote the support of the advertising system to the business process, quality, and efficiency. • Establish early warning, prevention and control of advertising business and industry risks based on the brand safety requirement.
• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience • Experience in advertising brand safety teams or outsourcing service providers of large advertising platforms • Experience developing advertising standards, compliance practices and policies • Understanding of the impact ad policy decisions have on all stakeholders, able to make sound decisions in complex situations • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ideally additional language skills • Able to work under pressure, self-starter
