As the Acquisition Marketing Manager you will drive the execution of all performance marketing activities. You will work with the marketing team, product, and sales to understand the economics, features, and voice of SteelHouse products and to create a multi-channel and multi-touch strategy that will create and move prospects down the sales funnel as efficiently as possible.

You Will:

  • Define marketing metrics (KPIs) for all products and customer tiers such as life-time value, cost per sale, and cost per lead
  • Manage and execute paid advertising and SEO campaigns
  • Work with sales and their respective systems to execute lead generation campaigns and tactics
  • Manage and implement marketing automation campaigns and strategy
  • Build and present marketing analytics reports and KPIs to key stakeholders
  • Work cross functionally with product, sales and account management to facilitate and communicate campaigns and tactics.

You Have:

  • 3-5 years experience in acquisition marketing with specific experience executing paid search, SEO, and lead gen
  • A passion for continuously testing and optimizing marketing campaigns to get the best results
  • Experience and ability to analyze large data sets with a strong bias for action
  • Strong communications skills and ability to work with various groups in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced understanding of lead nurturing/lead generation, digital acquisition, inbound/internal marketing, lead generation, SEO/SEM, A/B testing, PPC/CPL, Google Adwords/Analytics
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Pardot and Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation software
