ROLE SUMMARY: 
Dollar Shave Club (DSC) is looking for an awesome Junior Designer to join our original content team, MEL.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Design and produce 12 prints for headquarters weekly
• Re-size and re-interpret MEL and Original Content imagery for DSC Social Channels (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.) Posts should be executed in the established style varieties: Infographics, link-posts, debates/polls, excerpt posts, and image carousels.
• Assist the Senior Designer in making header for MEL online posts, as well as any inline imagery needed for feature length posts.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 1-3 years of experience working at a creative agency or in the art department for a top online media or journalism brand
• Supreme attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work across multiple disciplines (photography, illustration, data visualizations, etc.)
• Dedication to working well with others and fostering a collaborative environment across multiple departments (editorial, film, social video, etc.)
• Deep familiarity in MEL’s subject matters—as well as passion for it.
