What you’ll do:

As an IT Manager , you are an entrepreneurial leader that can manage and continue to grow our IT team, supporting IT infrastructure, services, and processes.

You will:

• Hire, manage, and grow our IT support team, ensuring day-to-day organizational requests are promptly and successfully executed.
• Manage our systems and network infrastructure, which includes supporting multiple offices and a remote workforce.
• Manage our rapidly expanding video production infrastructure and processes.
• Manage expense reporting for all IT purchases on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with CTO on a quarterly roadmap and budget for IT.
• Provide off-hours support to avoid workday downtime when servicing our infrastructure.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of our intellectual property and our employees personal information.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting organizations with 100+ employees.
• Experience managing an IT support team, with at least two direct reports.
• Experience in systems or network administration.
• Experience with ProMax platform or similar networked storage solution for video production.
• Experience with video production, digital asset management systems.
• Experience with vendor management, which includes reviewing proposal, contracts, budgets.
• Experience performing project management with third-party vendors and contractors.
• 6+ years of corporate technology experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be self-directed and thrive in a fast paced and entrepreneurial culture.
• Prior experience in digital media is a big plus.
