About You

We are looking for a humble, hungry and smart Video Production Intern to join our growing Content Marketing team. You will be a great fit if

About the Role

The video production intern at Single Grain will get real hands-on experience creating video content from ideation to production as well as the best marketing strategies to help our content climb the ranks. This internship is based in downtown LA and is a Monday-Wednesday work schedule with the opportunity to become full-time after a 90 day period. You will report to our Videographer and Founder.

• Be involved in the entire creation process from brainstorming topics to filming/editing tutorials and vlog episodes
• Optimize our YouTube channel and connect with other YouTube creators to arrange collaborations
• Work with our designers to create compelling thumbnails for videos
• Prepare call sheets for commercial production
• Assist with location scouting and pre-production for commercial shoots
• Coordinate equipment rentals and crew assignments for commercial productions

Requirements

• Ability to work in our downtown LA office Monday-Wednesday, 9am-5pm
• Prior social media/content marketing experience in school or past internships
• Demonstrated interest in videography and digital marketing
• Able to keep up with a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to write compelling descriptions a plus (or we will train)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus (or we will train)
