The role of the Strategic Initiatives Fellow is an exciting one as you’ll have the opportunity to help forge partnerships and relationships for GoGuardian that will benefit millions of students (no really). As a Strategic Initiatives Fellow you will work across various departments to build, operationalize and evaluate a brand new Customer Advisory Board organization within the Product Teams. You will work with Product and IT teams to visit schools and talk to customers, you will build a Customer Advisor website, and you will evaluate current customer relationship building efforts.

You will help build systems that operationalize innovation with the customer in mind, and keep the Product Team abreast of market shifts, customer priorities, and emerging problems our products could potentially solve. You are a fierce and persistent collaborator who thrives on building and growing people and things into their fullest potential. You believe that it takes a village to get anything done, and the more diverse and holistic that village is, the better.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years working with customers in a business setting like Business Development
• Knowledge of SaaS business model
• Experience working with community partners
• Ability to easily flow between strategic and tactical thinking
• Strong experience working interdepartmentally
