The Role

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

The Summer Story and Vehicle Researcher Intern (full time, hourly, temporary) will assist with researching during Pre-Production. Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Researching locations, storyline options, junkyards, and vehicles, etc. for future episodes
• Providing support in development of researched ideas
• Assisting Production on assignments as needed

Supervisory Responsibility:

• This position will not include supervising one or more employees where applicable.

Education/Experience:

• 1-3 years previous experience in video or television production, or equivalent education and experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong ability to research and present ideas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Baseline understanding, interest, or experience in the automotive industry a plus
• Self-motivated and has excellent multi-tasking skills
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to sit for prolonged period of time and view computer screen.

Equipment/Software Used:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in Google Calendar and Drive

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in an office environment that is well lit and ventilated.
