The Software team utilizes industry standard practices in client/server development, cloud computing, and real-time data visualization to service their many customers: employees, produce suppliers, and produce retailers. We are looking for a Software Intern to be an active part of Apeel’s software engineering team by attending dialing meetings, working together as a team to deliver solutions using an Agile Software Development with Scrum methodology.

What You’ll Do

• Attend daily meetings
• Work side-by-side other software engineers on software development tasks defined in our bi-weekly sprints
• Automate Unit, Integration, System, Performance and Load Tests

What You Bring

• Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (C++, Java, Python, PHP, etc.)
• Basic understanding of how to test software
• Eagerness to learn and help our team succeed
