SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP
WELL’s Professional Services team is seeking a summer intern. This role will be part of the customer onboarding team and will report into the Manager of Onboarding and Enterprise Project teams. This internship is paid and will be fully remote. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience working on projects at a fast-paced startup including learning about implementation, customer success, client training, and healthcare IT.
PROJECT SCOPE
- Stand up all new WELL environments with foundation build automated messages
- Intro to the discipline of project management; exposure to each WELL project type
- Document onboarding process to include touchpoints and work instructions
- Reduction of WELL staff touchpoints through process enhancement
REQUIREMENTS
- Current undergraduate student seeking a Bachelor’s degree (rising Senior preferred)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Process oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to learn and grow
- Interested in learning about healthcare
- Comfortable working independently within a team context

INTERNSHIP DETAILS
- All internships are paid
- All internships are virtual
- Internships will be full-time (40 hours per week)
- All internships will be 10-12 weeks
- All interns must currently reside in the United States
- We are happy to work with an intern and their school on qualifying internships for course credit (pending the school’s guidelines)
- All interns will be provided with a MacBook Pro
