Intern - Talent & Influencer Management

Role Overview
Girlboss is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent Intern in LA, to assist Girlboss’ Talent and Influencer Manager on projects and partnerships across all of Girlboss’ active platforms – including but not limited to content, community, podcast, and experiential.
This candidate will be a highly motivated individual who thrives in fast paced environments and will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in an exciting and fast-growing startup company.
Responsibilities
- Support in sourcing and researching talent partners for opportunities across Girlboss initiatives including Girlboss Radio, Girlboss Rally, Girlboss editorial content, and branded programming
- Assistance in coordinating and confirming talent appearances on the Girlboss Radio podcast
- Support Talent and Influencer Manager in securing speakers and key influencer attendees at the Girlboss Rally, including but not limited to: speaker agreement tracking; support communication and confirmation details with speakers and key influencer attendee; speaker call sheet preparation
- Support Talent & Influencer Manager in internal and external communication throughout Girlboss initiatives
- Create on-brand, high quality talent pitch decks for clients of all levels
- Field incoming pitched talent on behalf of Girlboss
- Track necessary social posts across talent and influencer channels
- Opportunity to take on additional special projects when mastery of initial tasks is exhibited
- Exhibits and fosters keen knowledge and understanding of entertainment, social media, and pop culture
Key Qualifications
- Must be interested in and up to date with entertainment, digital entertainment, pop culture and trends with a strong interest in talent
- Exceptionally organized and extremely detail oriented
- Great interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- A can-do attitude with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates professional attitude and discretion
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel), Google Docs/Sheets/Presentations, and Keynote
- Prior experience in a talent, entertainment, or social media related internship or job is a plus
