Ring is looking for highly motivated electrical engineering interns willing to join our engineering team and participate in performance testing and evaluation of new and existing designs.

Looking for all levels of interns from sophomore to senior and graduate. The exact task and assignment would be proportional and relevant to level of education achieved and field of study.

Responsibilities

• Help characterize performance of Analog, Digital, and RF circuits
• Execute tests under guidance of senior engineers
• Collaborate with Engineering’s on results, designs, and test methods
• Reworking and organizing products for test
• Document results

Required Skills

• Solid grasp of Electrical fundamentals
• Good documentation skills
• Able to read an electronic schematic and understand basic symbols such as Resistor, Inductor, Transistor, IC, etc
• Familiar with basic operation of an oscilloscope and DVM
• Familiar with productivity tools such as Word and Excel
• Soldering skills

Work Experience and Education

• Minimum 1 yr college course complete in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or relatable field. Minimum 3yrs experience preferred.

Optional/Advanced

• Familiar with Linux
• Familiar with and interest in the following areas of study: advanced RF, WiFi, DSP, Audio
