We specialize in working with mobile video creators and helping them build their audience and earnings across multiple platforms (YouTube, musical.ly, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, etc). Our network includes over 400 top social media creators with over 700 Million Followers.

Who we are looking for:

Collab is currently seeking candidates to join our fast-growing company for a part-time internship position. This person will be an integral part of the team and will assist in planning live events, including sponsorship activation, presence at digital conventions, presence at industry conferences, VIP events, and PR events. If you like organizing, planning, interacting with people, being creative and working on projects that change day to day, then this job is for you. The ideal candidate should display a high level of interest and focus on event planning and management. Must be available to start immediately!

The position’s duties will include:

  • Support in logistical planning for digital conferences and coordination of sponsorship
  • Help create brand messaging and materials
  • Help create program recaps and presentations
  • Participate in creative brainstorms .Research events, vendors, venues, permits, trends, etc.
  • Book flights, hotels, etc.
  • Develop and manage databases (event scheduling)
  • Complete some administrative duties (phones, mailing, etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, and research skills
  • Ability to be creative, flexible and think ''outside the box''
  • Must be able to take initiative on projects and work independently
