The Ecommerce Intern will work in the D2C department at Fame House. The Ecommerce Intern will assist various stakeholders in the department with daily operational tasks. At the end of the internship, the ecommerce intern will have an understanding of all facets of running an online store.

Job Functions:

  • Update information in stores and product descriptions to enhance customer experience
  • Work with Store Managers to optimize the front-end of our ecommerce stores
  • Work with the Ecommerce Manager to implement shipping rates
  • Ensure SKUs in shipping software and stores are up to date
  • Update and analyze inventory and sales trends
  • Assist with reporting needs across the department
  • Process shipment requests for various stakeholders in the music industry
  • Categorize incoming shipments and keep merchandise in the office tidy and organized
  • Work with the Merchandise Production Manager to ideate, source, and quote
  • merchandise production projects with various vendors across the country
  • Send product updates to customers
  • Answer customer service inquiries

Job Requirements:

  • Photoshop experience a plus
  • Mailchimp experience a plus
  • Working on a degree in business, logistics, merchandising, or music industry
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a paid position
  • Able to work 20 hours per week from our Old City office

Internship Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled as a Full Time Student
  • Exceptional computer, written and verbal communication skills
  • Should have at least sophomore year standing
  • Must be able to legally work in the United States
