12Twenty is looking for an intern to work hand in hand with our Director of Business Development on the creation and launch of a brand new business unit.

Are you a Jack (or Jill) of all trades, ready to take on any task or challenge and figure it out on the fly, whatever “it” is? Are you interested in entrepreneurship and startups?

Would you like to learn about marketing, sales, product management, customer success, operations, and business strategy? Help do all of these things and more as we bring life to a new business venture.

• A fast learner, you have natural ability to learn new skills quickly and take ownership of projects

• Operate with a high sense of urgency

• Multitasking and meticulous organizational skills are essential for this position.

• Superb communicator, both written and verbal

• Expert in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

• A self-starter mindset and willingness to get involved

• Be prepared to wear a lot of hats and say yes to a lot of things

• You ask a LOT of questions and aren’t afraid to speak up and share ideas when you have them

• Learn how to think about tech products and experience a startup from the inside

• Receive mentorship and guidance from your colleagues, who are excited to help you to crush it

• Ideal experience for a current college student or recent grad
