We are seeking an Employer Brand Intern to join our Internal Communications and Community team. In this role you will work with our Head of Employer Brand to creatively develop new content for our external social channels and influence how we tell the world what it’s like to work at Tinder.
We’re looking for a creative intern who’s comfortable with independent work but also loves working as part of a team — a strong cross-functional collaborator who can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with ease. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
What you'll do:
- Creatively develop new content for our LinkedIn, Instagram, and @tindereng Twitter, including assets creation and copywriting
- Come up with new, fresh ideas that help meet our company, recruiting, and diversity & inclusion goals
- Support the execution of Recruiting/DE+I sponsored events and awards submissions that are integral to our EB strategy
- Build a company “ambassadors” program that showcases our individual employees and their stories
- Work with other teams to ideate on how we should expand our social media presence — for example, would a Work at Tinder TikTok be valuable? What would it look like?
What we're looking for:
- Interest in pursuing a branding or recruiting career
- Reliable, prepared, responsive, and eager to learn
- Passion for design and visual communication
- Proficiency with photo and video editing
- Organized, strong attention to detail and follow through
- Avid social media user (specifically Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter)
- Ability to work across teams to build relationships and trust with a broad range of individuals across the organization
- Interest and understanding of the tech, recruiting, and/or marketing industry
Bonus points if:
- You have prior internship experience
- Familiarity with editing tools such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with G Suite and Slack
- Leadership experience in clubs or organizations
- Passion for Design
