• Execute innovative and cost-effective tactics for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and referrals
• Measure, analyze, and track campaigns and content metrics to set optimal marketing practices and evaluate strategies
• Conduct small, iterative tests while leveraging data to inform the higher-level strategy
• Exchange ideas, data, and feedback with other departments in order to present results and make the product more user-centric
• Executive in a fast-paced and highly iterative environment

• 3+ years prior experience in growth marketing activities: SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Content Creation, Growth Hacking, Email or Referrals
• Extensive experience of designing and executing successful demand generation strategies
• Ability to implement and utilize marketing automation tools
• Strong experience in marketing analytics; deeply analytical and data driven
• An outstanding communicator across all mediums
