Growth Marketing Manager
- Execute innovative and cost-effective tactics for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and referrals
- Measure, analyze, and track campaigns and content metrics to set optimal marketing practices and evaluate strategies
- Conduct small, iterative tests while leveraging data to inform the higher-level strategy
- Exchange ideas, data, and feedback with other departments in order to present results and make the product more user-centric
- Executive in a fast-paced and highly iterative environment
- 3+ years prior experience in growth marketing activities: SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Content Creation, Growth Hacking, Email or Referrals
- Extensive experience of designing and executing successful demand generation strategies
- Ability to implement and utilize marketing automation tools
- Strong experience in marketing analytics; deeply analytical and data driven
- An outstanding communicator across all mediums
