Bold is looking for a creative, data-driven Growth Marketing Lead (B2C) to own and develop Bold’s member acquisition channels, including channel partnerships and paid ads, and to develop new avenues for the company to efficiently reach its target audience of older adults. 

This is a full-time hybrid role located in LA and will report to our Director of Marketing and Communications. 

As a key member of our Marketing Team, here’s what you’ll do:

Key Outcomes: 

  • Serve as Bold’s internal lead on all things member acquisition, partnering with customers on bespoke campaigns and optimizing the performance of Bold’s owned channels, including social media advertising, email, and SMS
  • Develop enrollment campaigns in partnership with clients that effectively reach older adults, educate them about their Bold benefits, and help them begin their exercise journey on the platform
  • Collaborate with Product and Clinical to optimize enrollment funnels from initial touchpoint through successful onboarding onto the platform, especially through A/B testing of creative, landing pages, and other campaign assets
  • Support your fellow Marketing colleagues’ work in engaging older adults in clinical exercise programs by documenting and reporting on your efforts in a clear, concise manner

The most important skills for the role are*:

  • 5+ years of experience scaling performance marketing campaigns across major paid social platforms
  • Ownership mentality: Excited to level up a critical function within a rapidly scaling digital health company that is taking a novel approach to healthy agingData driven: Comfortable doing your own digging into the numbers and details to derive new insights and identify new opportunities for your own work as well as that of your colleagues
  • Collaborative: A hand-raiser who ‘learns by doing,’ and the idea of joining a small team with multiple opportunities to contribute is exciting to you as you think about your long-term career goals
  • Organized: Consistently record learnings, improve performance, drive scale and lower costs with a persistent testing mentality
  • Proactive: Possess high critical thinking skills with a strong bias towards action
  • Clear communicator: Ability to effectively present both written and spoken insights effectively to a diverse audience

In addition to the above, it would be great if you also had: 

  • Experience in at a fast-paced startup work environment
  • Experience in health-tech preferably in a B2B2C model

Compensation: 

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $130,000-$150,000 annually. The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.
