What You'll Do:
- Help implement new features and maintain existing features using react/remix
- Work within a team to develop new features based on Figma design comps
- Ensure optimal use of best practices, semantic front-end markup, structured stylesheets, and efficient JavaScript
- Prepare front-end templates to provide progressive enhancement for modern browsers, and graceful degradation for older browsers
- Troubleshoot any front-end technical or performance issues that may arise
- Work through maintenance backlogs and resolve bugs
- Other duties may be assigned
Bring It!
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce web development
- 1+ years' experience with Shopify e-commerce headless themes and apps
- Minimum 1 year of experience with React
- Excellent understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3+, Tailwind CSS is a big plus
- Proficient understanding of JavaScript frameworks, Remix is a big plus
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Knowledge of SEO and ADA best practices
- Experience developing in local environments using Docker
- Working knowledge of GitHub for version control and Jira for ticket management
- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to collaborate with designers and other developers to build e-commerce website features

Salary range: $ 90k - $120k (DOE)
