· Build, develop, and lead a team of IT directors/ managers, who serve as the front line supervisors
· Align the infrastructure product and service roadmap with the overall company strategic goals and technical vision
· Act as strategic technology partner and service provider for our business segments and other technology domain areas by developing and delivering infrastructure technology roadmaps that meet objectives
· Develop processes and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
· Understand and collaborate on the complete product lifecycle from concept to execution
· Design, implement, and monitor departmental key performance metrics to deliver consistent results
· Recommends new technology and ideas to improve sprints and efficiency
· Manage department P&L and budget
