UI/UX Designer/Developer - Key Responsibilities

We are looking for Mid-level UI Designer and Developer to join our team that will be responsible for following:

•  Design, build, and test modern Web/Mobile-Web-delivered applications
•  Employ user-centered design processes with a team of front and back-end developers, QA, marketing, and user experience professionals.
•  Assist with troubleshooting and fixing application/software/browser issues.
•  Provide professional documentation of current & future work projects.
•  Assist with user experience design processes and application planning.
•  Work within deadlines and rapid iteration cycles.
•  Attend daily and weekly meetings.

Qualifications

•  Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in modern Web UI Development, design, writing and maintaining your own code.
•  Expert-level experience with HTML5, and CSS3.
•  Moderate to Expert-level experience with Javascript frameworks such as Jquery, AngularJS, etc. (AngularJS experience preferred)
•  Moderate to Expert-level experience with SASS or LESS.
•  Moderate to Expert-level experience with Responsive Web Design and development techniques.
•  Intermediate experience with Javascript is a plus. At least an understanding of the fundamentals.
•  Experience with source control, preferably Mercurial.
•  Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
•  Visual design experience is a huge plus! Must at least demonstrate an understanding of typography, layout, grids, and adhering to brand style guides.
•  Some experience with wire framing and application planning is a plus.
•  Strong desire to always be learning new technologies and techniques.
•  Ability to work independently.
•  Ability to manage and maintain your development environment.
