Responsibilities: As technical co-founder, this role is responsible for all engineering concerns: coding, modifying, designing etc as well as launching all technology initiatives.

• Build the SWAYED product website to educate prospective clients on our solution as well as collect leads.

• Be a business thought partner.

• Lead the backend and front end development of the SWAYED product dashboard from layout and function to UX design.

• Own technology roadmap development.

• Thorough quality testing is a must-have as customer experience is a top priority.

• This person will recruit a team beneath them as they transfer development from external teams internally.

• Manage the processing, hygiene and storage of both client and internal data sets.

• Authority and scope to apply your expertise to many interesting technical problems.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.

• Understanding of the intersection of technology and business decisions.

• The position requires constant communication with colleagues.

• Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.

• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and front end programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's as well as backend languages such as Java, Ruby, PHP and Python.

• Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) is needed to be successful in this position.

• Strong grasp of security principles including GDPR.

• Experience and strong understanding of machine learning.

• Web User Interface Design (UI), Object-Oriented Design.

• A working knowledge of Spark/TensorFlow is a plus.

• Familiarity with data management best practices.
