We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented technical operations superstar to optimize technical operations for our core Marketing Platform, who is an excellent team player. In this role, you will own the research, diagnosis, and resolution for product-related technical issues, independently and collaborating with internal teams.

We're counting on your experience, inherent curiosity, and relentless tenacity to solve problems and champion any necessary process/product improvements through humble leadership. This is a high visibility role where you’ll get to flex and hone your technical and client support skills, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot client issues
  • Support all internal and external technical requests
  • Create and manage all automated and manual monitoring infrastructure for a complex AWS system
  • Develop reporting dashboards, custom instrumentation, and alerts to provide real-time system performance data
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support for our internal Client Success team when technical issues arise
  • Drive creation of tools and/or process improvements

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Technical Operations or Technical Support in AdTech, Marketing or e-Commerce 
  • 3+ years experience with AWS and monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, NewRelic, Grafana, Prometheus, and PagerDuty)
  • 2+ years advanced SQL experience
  • Significant experience with troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Experience with major ESP platforms (e.g., ExactTarget, MailChimp, Responsys, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience with complex CRM platforms (e.g., Marketing360, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.),
  • Detail oriented, solid business sense, and superior problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills
