We are currently searching for an experienced Systems Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer. This is a full-time position (W2 employee) and you will have the opportunity to work at a very notable and respectful entertainment company. This role will be part of a Production Technology Operations team, focused on supporting critical Media and Production applications for a major entertainment company.  You must have experience managing AWS infrastructure and experience with Kubernetes is required.  Any experience with EKS or the Media/Entertainment industry would also be a big plus.

Job Requirements: 

* Experience as DevOps Engineer (minimum 3-4 years)

* Prior experience working with and setting up cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS or Azure is required (minimum 3-4 years). Certification is a plus

* Experience with containerization platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS and/or OpenShift is required

* Experience in building and/or supporting release pipelines with tools like Jenkins

* Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation or other IaaS solutions is required

* Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Chef or Ansible is required.

* Experience working on Infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, server upgrades, network upgrades, etc. required

* Ability to work independently, without much supervision, and ensure project goals are met

* Prior experience consulting is strongly desired

* Prior experience working in media/entertainment preferred

* Excellent communication skills – written and oral
