DMAI is an early-stage startup committed to developing top-notch Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for education. The System Integration QA Engineer is responsible for building stable system loads, tracking key issues in subsystems, and measuring quality metrics for continuous improvements. Candidate must have hands-on testing/scripting skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills; and be able to interface efficiently with all development groups and technical support groups to get things done independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Create test plans for software releases, define resources, and test suites required for each test cycle, dependencies, risks, and the overall strategy for testing complex systems or applications.
  • Establish and maintain a build verification and versioning process for our products.
  • Write test cases from user requirement documents, quality requirement documents, and product requirement documents, and automate these test cases to generate feature compliance and quality metric reports.
  • Create and maintain test artifacts and facilitate artifact reviews.
  • Track R&D capabilities and operationalize risks in integration.
  • Interface with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve critical issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Programming/scripting skills for test automation.
  • Successful experience testing Unity 3D games/applications on Android and iOS devices.
  • Successful experience testing web applications on multiple browsers and operating systems.
  • Successful experience testing cloud-based backend services.
  • Experience with DevOps process and tools.
  • Experience with Application Performance Management tools.
  • Experience troubleshooting test environment issues.

Preferred

  • Industry knowledge with Artificial Intelligence and educational products.
  • Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
