The candidate will be working on an Agile team to improve the company’s proprietary data management system and the customer facing platform. More specifically, projects will include automating loan offers, improving customer experience, and building a data science platform. The candidate will collaborate with engineers, as well as data and devops engineers to achieve these goals. The candidate will be expected to work well in a fast-paced environment and should know a variety of development languages and frameworks, but more importantly, be open to learning new technologies.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting code reviews, agile development practices, service-oriented architecture, and object-oriented programming. 

Qualifications: 

• High energy and motivation

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field 

Applicant should be able to demonstrate proficiency with: 

• Git
• Javascript, preferably React.js
• Python or similar language
• SQL
• Linux/Unix/OSX environments
