JOANY is seeking a Software Engineer to join the team who will take a pivotal role in designing and implementing systems to support our growth team.

What You'll Do

• Work with our Growth Team to integrate with third-party vendor systems that drive traffic to JOANY
• Design and build analytics systems to gain deep insight into channel performance
• Innovate on the technical design and architecture of our growth systems
• Maintain a keen focus on end-to-end analytics accuracy and performance
• Get really, really good at Javascript and React

What You'll Bring

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of production coding experience (we use Ruby, but any language is fine)
• 2+ years experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript). If you know React that will help, but it’s not mandatory
• Experience with all aspects of software development, deployment and maintenance
• Experience accessing databases using SQL
• Experience working with Ad tracking and analytics systems (or a strong desire to learn)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working with third-party vendors
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• A strong commitment to owning your deliverables
