About This Role:
Crexi is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our rapidly growing team. As a member of the QA team at Crexi, you will be a champion for quality across the company. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is excited to learn about quality assurance processes, and determined to deliver the best experience to Crexi's users. You will help us automate, enhance and maintain our growing list of test cases.
What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop and execute test cases that ensure the software meets the intended requirements
  • Automate existing manual test cases in our testing framework using XCUITest and Espresso
  • Ensure that all best QA practices and enterprise standards are followed.
  • Identify defects effectively and provide specific steps to reproduce and document them in a tracking tool
  • Work closely with the product team to understand product specifications
  • Participate in improving test processes, propose new ideas on how to improve customer satisfaction and quality of product.
  • Maintain and create test case documentation.
  • Assist in building the testing framework to simulate user scenarios and test various components
  • Ensure high quality of daily production deployments through effective test automation and exploratory testing


Who You Are:

  • Ability to develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases from a customer workflow perspective
  • Ability to build and run automated tests and to report the results
  • 1+ year of automation testing experience with XCUITest or Espresso
  • Experience with end-to-end testing in XCUITest or Espresso
  • Good understanding of mobile testing
  • Good understanding of API Testing
  • Postman testing is a nice to have

Our headquarters is located in trendy Playa Vista, California. With plenty of restaurants, shopping, and the beach nearby, we cannot ask for a better location! We also have an East Coast office in Miami, FL.
