Job objective: This is an exciting role in a growing company. In this role you will work closely with a supply chain, engineering and manufacturing operations teams focused on the delivery of quality products and controlled processes. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with 10+yrs of experience leading the development of customer focused quality team, processes and initiative including ISO9001, AS9100, risk management, and continuous improvement. 

Duties 

• Lead the development of processes that ensure quality and conformance of incoming material, and internal product build and test
• Develop and implement quality standards with automated methods for monitoring internal production and supplier performance
• Coordination of root cause analysis and corrective action; continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain the company quality management system and perform regular audits and lead improvement efforts
• Be an active partner with Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain in the product development lifecycle
• Support the development, planning and staffing of internal quality inspection areas and equipment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience of roles in Aerospace, Defense or Technology industries with 3+ years as quality or mission assurance manager
• Strong data analytic skills
• Proven success in ISO9001 or AS9100 certification process
• Electronics, RF manufacturing, system integration and sell off to government and commercial customers
• Deep knowledge of Project management methods and Risk Management tools
• Knowledge of DoD, ITAR regulations
• Ability to operate in a digital and cloud based work environment
• US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required)
