We're looking for an experienced IT specialist to manage the cloud delivery platform (SaaS) for our novel lung function analysis software. This is an exciting opportunity to shape an early stage project as it transitions from pre-market development to full commercialization.

4DMedical is a global medical technology company aiming to change the outcome for patients with lung disease by revolutionising respiratory imaging and ventilation analysis.  Our vision is a world in which people with lung disease have better outcomes.

We have recently completed a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) listing on the ASX and are currently in a high-growth stage of the business. As such, we are looking to rapidly expand our teams in Melbourne and Los Angeles.

What can you expect as the Cloud Operations Manager at 4DMedical?

As a Cloud Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operations and monitoring of our cloud based SaaS platform in Azure. You will work closely with our Australia-based Engineering teams to develop and maintain operational best practices in the deployment of our SaaS software, and alongside the Sales team to deliver a responsive service to our clients.

Your work will be varied and may change quickly, and your ability to share your knowledge across functional boundaries will be valued.

Who are you?

You’ll be experienced at managing and operating Azure cloud environments at scale and embrace our goal of providing better health outcomes to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operations and monitoring of our cloud based SaaS platform in Azure
• Manage all aspects of service delivery, including managing customer support relationships
• Manage support for all production issues and providing an escalation point for customer support queries and complaints.

Key skills and experience:

• We expect that you would have at least 5 years IT experience supporting a critical, revenue-generating Azure based SaaS/Hosting type environment.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 and/or ITIL driven service delivery
