About the Job 

• Build REST APIs for our REACT Web Applications
• Design MongoDB and SQL databases
• Contribute to the Design of our Backend Architecture
• Integrate Third Party API's to connect our applications with business partners
• Collaborate with Software Developers, QA, and DevOps
• Develop highly scalable internet systems using cloud providers like AWS or Azure

Qualifications 

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, API design, and databases
• Experience in API design with C#, Java, or Python
• Experience programming using React, Javascript, or similar tech
• Experience using AWS or other cloud service providers
• Experience building robust REST APIs
• Experience using NoSQL Databases such as MongoDB is a plus
• Experience working in a DevOps environment (Git, CI/CD, Jira, Docker, AWS, Azure)
• Experience using serverless architecture such as AWS Lambda is a plus
• 4+ years developing scalable internet applications
• 4+ years working with database technology (NoSQL, SQL)
• 4+ years building REST APIs
• Experience using Agile/Scrum development methodology is a plus
