We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will help architect, design, develop, test, deploy, monitor and maintain Apeel's software solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Architect Apeel’s Data Storage
• Design software to support Apeel’s Lab.Apeel experiences
• Develop software to support Apeel’s Lab.Apeel experiences
• Software design, code, test, code review, deploy and monitor
• AWS infrastructure management
• Work with Python, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years shipping software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Significant experience in a modern language (Python, Java, Go, C++, etc.)
• Ability to work across the stack and deliver clean, maintainable code
• Ability to guide and mentor other team members
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• An appreciation for teamwork and collaborative problem solving 

Nice to Have:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with modern Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Ember, etc.)
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based solutions
