Fuel Cycle is currently seeking Senior Software Developer! Work as a Senior Software Developer focusing on delivering quality backend code for the FCX platform. Work with technologies and languages including Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, Web Services, XML/JSON, JBoss servers, Maven, Jenkins and test driven development (JUNITs). Work on APIs and integrations with external software partners. Apply structured methodology, algorithms, service oriented architecture and design patterns, business analysis to software development and other development life cycle activities. Assist frontend developers with JSP/JSTL, JQuery, JavaScript and AJAX. Define software solutions that implement the minimum level of functionality to meet the current business requirement and yet enable low cost future extensibility. Partner with various departments for specifications, use cases, iterations, testing, training and client feedback implementations. Research, compare, experiment with and integrate new services and frameworks. Monitor, troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. Make software applications process improvement and system enhancement recommendations while leveraging best practices and professional experience. Identify, analyze and provide technical solutions to new requirements, issues and problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience 
• Java J2EE, SpringMVC, and Hibernate
•  API (REST, SOAP) 
• JavaScript, jQuery, HTML
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field
