If you’re a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a passion for creating highly innovative, scalable and usable applications, then please read on! 

Responsibilities: 

• Work with Product Management to design and develop performant, usable, and innovative new features / enhancements.

• Architect, build, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code using the Rails framework.

• Architect, build, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Javascript / CoffeeScript code using AngularJS 1.x and React.

• Architect and maintain a RESTful API backbone for the Chorus platform.

• Integration, instrumentation, and maintenance of data storage solutions such as MySQL and Redis datastores.

• Test, analyze and identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, help devise test plans and solutions.

• Review pull requests and help maintain code quality, organization, and standards for the application engineering team.

• Work with DevOps Engineers to help architect and maintain a highly available, secure, and scalable delivery and deployment pipeline.

Skills Required:

• 5 years experience with Ruby on Rails application development or equivalent MVC framework, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC architectural design patterns

• Experience with AngularJS1.x and React

• Experience with front-end application technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, CoffeeScript

• Experience with REST architectural patterns, and API design

• Experience building and automating unit tests via automated testing platforms

• Comfortable using Linux and Docker in a development, test, and production environment
