Requirements:

• 5+ years designing and deploying 4GLTE/5G Radio Access Networks and small cells.
• Working knowledge LTE protocol stacks based on 3GPP Release 9-15 specifications.
• Working experiences in MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, NAS, RRM, mobility and their interfaces with PHY chips and core networks.
• Knowledge of X2, S1, Iu and SCTP protocols.
• Background in OFDM, TDD, FDD and MIMO Wireless Systems
• Knowledge in RAN and vRAN vendor solutions
• Working experience in LAN and WAN Networks for RAN equipment.
• Knowledge of CBRS requirements and working experience is a plus.
• Experience with SON a plus
• S. in computer science, computer engineering, electronic engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development of product validation, feature validation, systems and performance analysis for LTE RAN products focusing on Air interface, E2E performance, and Call Processing.
• Work with our vendors to setup trials and Proof of concepts and test beds to evaluate RAN equipment.
• Analyzing the product and feature requirements, converting them into system test cases and execution.
• Aid in product & feature performance analysis, evaluation of new product & SW releases.
• Perform detailed analysis of 4G Wireless Protocols
• Design, deploy, and commission RAN and small cells into our venues and enterprise customers.
• Works closely with various support organizations, logistics, and cross- functional teams on network rollouts.
• Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting the issues
