Responsibilities

• Architects and implements security controls for cloud, network, and corporate environments
• Instruments and deploys security tooling in cloud and on-prem environments to produce high signal telemetry and alerting
• Develops, engineers, and deploys new detection techniques to protect against emerging adversary tradecraft
• Analyzes security telemetry and artifacts from systems during incidents or targeted hunts for threats

Requirements

• Background in security operations, engineering, incident response, or intrusion detection
• 2+ years of security experience in one of the following: AWS, Windows, MacOS or Linux
• Experience conducting host or network based investigations
• Knowledge of Python, Powershell, or anything else that allows you to automate / investigatePreferred Qualifications
• Published work in technical information security (blogs, MITRE ATT&CK techniques, white papers, etc)
• Active security clearance or willingness to obtain

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Zero Trust / BeyondCorp principles
• Have participated in or supported incident response events
• Can plan and execute optimization / automation initiatives that allow the security team to focus on what's important
