Salesforce Administrator
The Role
Under the direction of the Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our database. You’ll take a lead role in identifying and removing friction from our internal systems and processes to make our salesforce more efficient and effective.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design, create and support solutions to drive business processes in Salesforce that are secure and scalable. This includes: Process Builders, Workflow Rules, Flow, Validation Rules, custom fields, page layouts, custom objects
- Handle basic SFDC administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
- Take ownership of data management of any data migrations and mass updates required as part of solution delivery
- End user support including troubleshooting and training
- Implement and manage 3rd party applications that integrate with Salesforce.com
- Creating and maintaining Reports and Dashboards
- Maintaining documentation on configuration and processes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Ability to juggle requests of varying urgency with tasks related to long term projects and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
