We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer, who can contribute in the role of Quality Engineering, to join our growing team. You will be working in delivering best in class experiences to our clients. This position requires the candidate to collaborate with folks in other disciplines, specifically Product Management, Product Design and Engineering.

Primary Objectives

• Define overall test strategy
• Estimate test efforts, prioritize projects, plan implementations and help roll out changes
• Define automation strategy, ensure test-ability, and relentlessly pursue automation
• Write best in class code to automate testing for your assigned feature areas
• Develop deep understanding of the product, engineering processes and concepts to effectively narrow down defects
• Ability to not only find defect but also narrow down the root cause
• Perform appropriate level of manual/exploratory testing
• Participate in test design and test systems architecture discussions
• Document defects effectively

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Java, JS, CSS, HTML
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end web application flows and tiers
• Strong knowledge of Java application development and testing
• Experience with test automation tools
• Ability to accomplish tasks with little supervision and high attention to detail
• Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
