Responsibilities:

  • Support the development team in creating high quality products
  • Collaborate with internal team to assess project releases and QA sign offs
  • Create and keep test criteria up to date based on design changes 
  • Create and assess team and app performance using JIRA
  • Test app performance, usability, and hardware/software compatibility
  • Hands-on testing applications for a variety of smartphones and VR hardware
  • Work closely with development team in quality control using Unity and Unreal
  • Assist with providing ideas and vision to drive product and company goals

Must Have:

  • Experience with software and hardware testing
  • Strong test analysis skills
  • Strong will to work independently while focusing on helping team members test
  • Solid knowledge of analytics testing
  • Experience working at a Development house and meeting with different development teams
  • Performance testing using Windows and mobile operating systems
  • A good understanding of software product lifecycles
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

Would Be Nice:

  • An extensive collection of “Dad Jokes” 
  • Experience with mobile devices and its many different OS’s in recent years
  • Experience with Oculus Rift / GearVR a plus
  • Passion for creating VR, AR or mixed reality applications

Software Knowledge and Other Skills:

  • JIRA
  • TestRail
  • Microsoft Office (Excel is priority)
  • MacOS and Windows operating systems
  • Visual Studio
  • Unity + Unreal
  • Agile product lifecycles
