Raya is looking for a passionate QA Analyst to be part of our growing QA team. Responsibilities

• Design and execute hands-on manual QA tests to ensure high-quality product deliverables
• Conduct manual QA for all test cycles including functional, regression, smoke-testing, and more.
• Assist with triage, escalation, and management of both development and production bugs
• Review product specifications and design documents for early functionality flaw discovery
• Reproduce issues when necessary in order to assist software development in resolving issues
• Results-oriented, decisive, innovative, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines with high-quality deliverable
• Attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Become a product expert in functional and technical knowledge in all areas
• Ability to work with limited supervision

Qualifications

• Recent grad or QA analyst with 2+ years of experience in software testing for native mobile applications (junior and senior level may both apply)
• Knowledge of QA and software development processes
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management 
• Proficiency with JIRA or comparable bug tracking software to document, track, and communicate issues for proper notification, escalation, and resolution
• Positively energetic individual
