Job Description Summary
We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Analyst to join an experienced Mobile team that supports feature implementation and issue resolution across six mobile applications. The mission of this team is to lead the industry in terms of mobile application feature set and reliability. You must be flexible, responsive and able to succeed within an open, collaborative environment.
Job Duties
As a QA Analyst, you will:
- Actively participate in the Agile Scrum process
- Execute pre-defined test cases across multiple platforms and applications
- Interpret requirements into the creation and improvement of test cases
- Document issues, analyze errors, and work alongside developers to find resolution
- Take ownership of software releases through test plan creation and oversight
- Continuously find ways to improve and streamline testing process
- Build upon an existing automated testing infrastructure
- Be an advocate for our customers
Qualifications
Skills Required
- 5+ years in Quality Assurance Testing
- Highly capable of testing GUI based applications on mobile or web platforms
- Experience writing technical test cases
- Experience in planning and executing regression tests
- Experience developing reproducible steps around software issues
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong analytical skills
Other Beneficial Skills
- Experience testing software for online/connected and offline/disconnected use.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum planning
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Experience with SQL queries
- Understanding of mobile applications
- Knowledge of various mobile operating systems, settings and differences
