Lead Software Engineer

- Build applications and develop our vertically integrated solutions from the group
- Innovate technical design and systems architecture across services and applications
- Work with in-house and external developers, architects, and product managers to build multiple platforms
- Maintain a keen focus on end-to-end platform performance
- Define systems architecture and design, and evaluate feasibility and sustainability
- Partner with product management to lead technical requirements

What you'll bring:
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience;
- 4+ years of production coding experience (we use Ruby);
- Experience with all aspects of software development, deployment and maintenance;
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
