In this role you will:

• Develop, implement and support world-class, enterprise-level products
• Integrate the application front ends with the application business layer
• Evaluate stability, compatibility, scalability, interoperability, and performance of the software product
• Plan and estimate implementation tasks and report progress
• Expand on the engineering team's culture of high code quality
• Evaluate new design specifications and raise quality standards, address development concerns
• Keep up with industry and web technology best practices while keeping Zest on the right path
• Expand on technical expertise through exposure of publications, presentations, and tech event participations

We are looking for:

• Strong, demonstrated web-based user interface application development experience utilizing front end frameworks such as React/Vue, Angular, or Ember – some industry experience at a B2B SaaS company preferred
• Ability to Implement high-quality and internationalized views across multiple devices using CSS, HTML and Typescript
• Understanding of HTML 5 and other cross-platform JavaScript frameworks
• Deep understanding of HTML semantics, liquid layout design, accessibility compliance, and industry standards for global enterprise web-based applications
• Experience in software design with a strong foundation of design models and database structures
• Strong knowledge of REST concepts and HTTP protocols
• Expertise in SPAs (single page applications) and routing
• Experience in writing product specifications and documentation of product features to present them to a wider audience
• Excellent communication and ability to articulate the design with architects and discuss strategy / requirements with teams
