Job Objective: This is an exciting role in a growing company. We are looking for candidates with an electrical engineering background that could cover including but not limited to digital circuit design (FPGA or ASIC) board level circuit design, Analog, Mixed Signal, or RF Circuit design, signal processing, power electronics or other electrical engineering background.  This role will manage a small but growing department of Research and Development electrical engineers reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer. 

Duties

• Work with the Engineering R&D team on various real-world cutting-edge projects.
• We are looking for electrical engineers with a variety of backgrounds including but not limited to: computer engineering, analog circuits, digital circuits and FPGA design, signal processing, computer aided circuit design, RF circuit design, power systems design and analysis, electrical lab work including using test and measurement equipment.
• Management experience: having managed a team of at least 4 other engineers, responsible for hiring and mentoring / coaching younger engineers
• Manage electrical engineering projects and managing scrums.

Required Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering required
• MS or PhD in electrical engineering preferred
• At least 1 years’ experience managing a team of at least 4 engineers
• Experience hiring other electrical engineers
• Experience managing at least 1 electrical engineering project.
• US Person (Citizen or Green Card Holder required)
