As a Pledge Junior Full Stack Engineer, you'll touch all parts of our systems -- from back-end Ruby on Rails coding to front-end UI/UX with JS, CSS, HTML. A core focus will be building tools that empower our nonprofit and brand partners to create both social impact and business results. For this position, we are requiring a hybrid work schedule. We ask that you come into our office in Venice Beach (around 3 days per week), to work in-person with our tech team.

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal Candidates have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline

• Experience in web frameworks such as Rails, Django, or Express 

• Understanding of front-end development (JS, CSS, HTML) and appreciation for good-looking, easy-to-use UI

• Experience with databases and SQL

• Comfortable in Linux/Unix environment
