That's where you come in.

You will be aligning with a team of Rioters worldwide to administer analysis of complex root causes. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, applications and network components and ensure the integrity, availability and confidentiality of data, database systems and supporting services. You'll also be evaluating and implementing hardware and software technologies to improve game efficiency and performance. Drive innovation and expand the gaming experiences we deliver to players around the world. Furthermore, you will support the scaling of Riot’s architecture by improving its security and resilience for millions of concurrent players globally and develop internal tools that enable us to automate, configure and deploy Riot software/hardware. Help leverage cloud APIs to integrate and orchestrate a wide-variety of systems and use-cases. Last but certainly not least, acknowledge the security implications of proposed solutions and work with Security team to develop good policy and sound practices; and develop enterprise application architectures to meet business requirements in complex environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Software Engineering, Software Development, or a related technical field, and three years of experience in the job offered, as a software developer, senior programmer, or a related technical occupation; OR five years of experience in the job offered, as a software developer, senior programmer, or a related technical occupation.
• Special Skills: Scripting using python and bash; System administration using Windows, Linux, and FreeBSD; Systems deployment, trouble shooting and maintenance; Database design and implementation using MySQL and PostgreSQL; Installation of physical and virtual dedicated servers; Scrum and Kanban.
