About the job:We are searching for a Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps) to join our growing Engineering team. You will design, build, and maintain internally critical systems which integrate with various open source and closed source tools. This position will be accountable for the overall reliability of services running in our cloud production environments. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of systems engineering and automation, including configuration management, containerization, and scripting. 

Sample Responsibilities 

• Develop, configure, and deploy tools for cloud based systems and services
• Deliver high quality, scalable, and resilient solutions that are documented and well-tested
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to further automate platform builds and processes
• Build strong technical rapport with other cross functional teams while being the subject matter expert to lead projects in an Agile environment
• Containerize new and legacy applications
• Enhance, modify or debug developer code as needed

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in a tech forward environment
• Demonstrated innovative contributions in system architecture
• Experienced with highly scaled out, consumer-focused services and platforms, primarily focused on core infrastructure and software delivery
• Experience building deployment automation within AWS-hosted services and infrastructure
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, GoLang, Javascript 
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS 
• Expert knowledge of automation and best practices related to CI/CS pipelines and associated tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
