As a Front-End Developer at Lumi, you will be an important part of our team, working on a wide variety of projects, from customer-facing features to internal tools. We strive to write elegant code to solve real-world problems. This job is open to remote applicants within the US.

The front-end of Lumi is built with ES6/React and an increasing amount of PureScript. Our backend is built with Haskell and Postgres. We also like building internal tools such as our components library to maintain cohesiveness across our user interfaces.

Qualifications

• You are proficient in ES6/React, HTML and CSS.
• You have some experience or excitement about PureScript.
• You are comfortable working remotely and with minimal supervision.
• You are able to manage your development projects from start to finish, from planning and time estimation, through development and testing, to documentation and deployment.
• You enjoy working with non-technical people to gather and distill project requirements.
• If you have contributed to open source projects, share that with us!
